Enhancing a prompt is easy:

• Step 1: Navigate to any supported AI platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
• Step 2: Type your prompt in the input field
• Step 3: Click the "Boost" button that appears
• Step 4: Select the enhancement features you want (Clarity, Detail, Structure, etc.)
• Step 5: Click "Enhance" and your improved prompt will be ready!

The enhanced prompt will automatically replace your original text, ready to send.

AI Prompt Boost Pro works with all major AI platforms:

• ChatGPT (chat.openai.com)
• Claude (claude.ai)
• Gemini (gemini.google.com)
• Perplexity (perplexity.ai)
• Google AI Studio
• And more being added regularly!

The extension automatically detects when you're on a supported platform.

You can select multiple features for comprehensive enhancement!

Credits are the currency used to enhance prompts:

• Each enhancement costs a certain number of credits based on the features selected
• Simple enhancements cost around 10-20 credits
• More complex enhancements (like Chain-of-Thought) cost more
• Credits never expire as long as your account is active
• New users receive free credits upon signup to get started

Auto-Reload is our seamless credit replenishment system:

• How it works: When your credit balance falls below a threshold, we automatically purchase more credits using your saved payment method
• Benefits: Never run out of credits during important work, plus you get ~35% lower prices compared to one-time purchases
• You're in control: You can enable/disable Auto-Reload anytime in Settings
• Choose your plan: Select from Starter, Standard, or Pro reload amounts

You'll receive an email receipt for each Auto-Reload transaction.

To update your payment method:

• Open the AI Prompt Boost Pro sidepanel
• Go to Settings
• Find the Auto-Reload section
• Click the "Payment" button
• This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your card

Note: The Payment button only appears if you have Auto-Reload enabled or have made a previous purchase.

Our refund policy:

• Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased
• However, if you experience technical issues that prevented you from using credits you paid for, contact us
• We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis
• For billing disputes, contact info@ascension5.co

To view your enhancement history:

• Open the AI Prompt Boost Pro sidepanel
• Click on the "History" tab in the bottom navigation
• Browse your recent enhancements
• Click on any item to see the full original and enhanced prompts
• Use the copy button to reuse any prompt

History is kept for 90 days.

You can control when the boost button appears:

• Open the sidepanel and go to Settings
• Find "Auto-show boost button" toggle
• Turn it OFF to hide the automatic button
• You can still access enhancement through the sidepanel

Yes, we take security seriously:

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest
• No data selling: We never sell your personal information
• Minimal collection: We only collect what's needed to provide the service
• Secure payments: All payments processed through PCI-compliant Stripe
• Privacy controls: You can request data deletion at any time

To delete your account:

• Send an email to info@ascension5.co
• Include the email address associated with your account
• Request account deletion
• We will process your request within 30 days

Note: Account deletion is permanent. Any remaining credits will be forfeited.

To reset your password:

• Open the extension and go to the login screen
• Click "Forgot Password"
• Enter your email address
• Check your email for the reset link
• Follow the link to create a new password

If you signed up with Google, you don't have a separate password - just use "Sign in with Google".
