1 Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the AI Prompt Boost Pro Chrome extension ("Service," "Extension," or "we/us"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ASCENSION5 PRODUCTS INC., a British Columbia corporation ("Company"). We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Extension, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2 Description of Service
AI Prompt Boost Pro is a Chrome browser extension that enhances text prompts for AI platforms using artificial intelligence technology. The Service includes:
- Prompt Enhancement: AI-powered analysis and improvement of your text prompts
- Multi-Platform Support: Integration with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI platforms
- Credit System: Pay-per-use model with optional auto-reload functionality
- Enhancement History: Access to your previously enhanced prompts
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3 User Accounts
Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google authentication. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users.
4 Credits and Payments
Credit System
- Credits are required to use prompt enhancement features
- Credit costs vary based on the enhancement features selected
- New users may receive complimentary credits upon registration
- Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
Purchases and Refunds
- All credit purchases are processed securely through Stripe
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to change
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes
Auto-Reload Feature
Important: When Auto-Reload is enabled, your saved payment method will be charged automatically when your credit balance falls below your selected threshold. You may disable Auto-Reload at any time through the Extension settings.
5 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or hack the Extension
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to abuse the Service
- Share, sell, or transfer your account or credits to others
- Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Collect or harvest user data without authorization
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6 Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by AI Prompt Boost Pro and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of the prompts you submit and the enhanced versions you receive. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your prompts solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement service.
7 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, quality, or reliability of AI-generated enhancements
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any enhanced prompts.
8 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI PROMPT BOOST PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Damages arising from any content generated through the Service
- Service interruptions, errors, or security breaches
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Prompt Boost Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you generate or submit through the Service
10 Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC) in accordance with its rules.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Arbitration Opt-Out
You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice to info@ascension5.co within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
11 General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Prompt Boost Pro regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
